Listed below are the items to be take care of either yearly or once to be cleared to coach. Please contact Coach Silva if you have any questions. 1) Application with School District - yearly (for new or for returning coaches click the appropriate link) 2) CPR & 1st Aid - CPR needed every year - 1st Aid needed every 3 years (Contact Coach Silva if you need this tsilva@livermore.k12.ca.us) 3) TB Test - needed every 4 years (need to bring from your health provider) 4) Clear Fingerprinting - first year only (email Coach Conover and he will begin the process with the district = cconover@livermore.k12.ca.us) 5) California Coaching Clearance - first year only |
